Strength and Mobility Class

Small groups (4). 2-3 days per week. 45 minute classes.

*Must have assessment done first – free for the first 10 people to sign up*

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes Available!

 

Introduction to Strength Workshop (1 Day)

Offered once per month on the last Sunday of the month. This is a 4 hour class to learn how to lift weights safely and effectively. Each participant will receive a free t-shirt and go home with an individualized training program.

Intro to Strength Class (Spring)

Small groups (4). 3 days per week. 1 hour classes from 3pm-4pm.

1. First 4 weeks – technique and form focus, exposure to the movements and lifts

2. Second 4 weeks – strength building and programming

3. Remaining weeks – dedicated to learning more advanced training, sport specific training, individualized programming.
