Introduction to Strength Class (1 Day)

Ages 13-17. Offered once per month. 4 hour class to learn how to lift weights safely and effectively. Each participant will receive a free t-shirt and go home with an individualized training program

Intro to Strength Class (Winter)

Small groups (4). 3 days per week. 1 hour classes from 3pm-4pm.

1. First 4 weeks – technique and form focus, exposure to the movements and lifts

2. Second 4 weeks – strength building and programming

3. Remaining weeks – dedicated to learning more advanced training, sport specific training, individualized programming.

Begins 11/18/24.

OPEN WORKOUTS

Tuesday and Thursdays 3-4pm. Available to all kids who have completed our seasonal strength classes or weekend class.
